On June 4, 2013 I attended the “All That Jaz” fashion show featuring fashion designer Jazmin Brown! I was thoroughly impressed with her new line! Jazmin is just 15 years old, however, she has designed dresses, menswear and gowns for all ages. She was featured on the Tyra Banks show in 2010, and was the youngest designer at New Jersey Fashion Week in 2011. You may have seen her designs on stars such as David Bovain from “The Hunger Games”, Jackie Bianchi from “Jerseylicious” and former Miss Teen America’s Katarina Kneer! She is going to be HUGE in the fashion industry! The event took place at The Venetian in Garfield, NJ. Besides Jazmin’s line being shown, there were vendors who showcased and had their products for sale. Here are a few of my favorites!
This is Lucky One Jewelry & Accessories: They had some Fab pieces! The owner’s name is Marcella Van Peenen and if you would like to browse her website and do a little jewelry shopping please visit www.luckyonejewelry.com!
I absolutely adored these bracelets from Lucky One!
This necklace is so elegant!
The next vendor I visited was Three Gems Unlimited! I was OBSESSED with all of their jewelry! The owner Angela DiNapoli was quite a gem herself! You can email her at ThreeGemsUnlimited@yahoo.com and you can like her Facebook page! I couldn’t leave without picking up these beauties for myself:
If you like ornaments you should definitely check out Illusion Of Art! Owner Jennifer Falcone is beyond talented at hand made ornaments and stationary! Jennifer can be reached at 718-801-4188. See her booth below!
Finally, it was time for the fashion show! There were pieces featured for women of every age. Each and every look had Jazmin’s creative touch. You may recognize a few of the models!
Gia Giudice (daughter of New Jersey Houswife Teresa Giudice) is wearing a vibrant and colorful floral and zebra print dress. She looks stunning!
Jackie Carmelo Bianchi (known as Jerseylicious Jackie!) is seen escorting her precious daughter in a very cute yellow outfit. Love the little flowers! She was absolutely angelic!
I was loving this little leopard number! The black shrug was perfect to finish off the look.
This pink jumper was was so funky! I loved the pattern!
This multi layered frilled top and tie dye jeans made an adorable ensemble! The oversized bow was the perfect touch.
Maxi dresses are one of my preferred go-to items…so when I saw this colorful piece I fell in love! The color combo and pattern were perfect together! The arm band and earrings really made the whole look.
So so precious!! Speechless…..
Who doesn’t love a nice silk pair of pajamas? Especially with front pockets? I felt warm and cozy when these babies came strolling down the runway!
And last, but certainly not least…the high waisted pants and patterned blouse combo. Very chic and sophisticated!
And the very talented designer who created this incredible line…Jazmin Brown!
I am so thankful I was able to cover this event. From the beautiful ballroom, to each and every friendly vendor, to the trendy designs on the runway this event was spectacular! Jazmin Brown is a very inspiring young lady with a very bright and successful future ahead of her and I can’t wait to see more of her work on tv, the internet, and at future events!
